Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – The Nail Therapist | The Nail Clinic
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied to your service.
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be shortened or canceled (deposit is still forfeited).
Payment plans (Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna) do not change this policy.
