Welcome to The Nail Clinic. Please read everything thoroughly and carefully "BEFORE BOOKING". I'm open Monday thru Saturday from 9am to 730 pm. (THE SITE INFORMS 1030 BUT THAT'S THE END TIME OF THE APPOINTMENT .. SO LAST APPOINTMENT IS 730). I am available after hours at an additional cost. A $25 fee is due for after-hour appointments. Please contact me to see my availability for after-hours. This amount is added it will NOT go toward your service. I work on healthy, non-damaged nails. If your nails are damaged( nail bed bleeding, cracked or split, separated nail), your appointment will be canceled... This is for your safety... Also, if you have a broken nail and it's bleeding, cut the nail down and allow the nail to heal for at least a couple of days to a week before coming in to get the nail repaired... I PROMOTE HEALTHY NAILS!!! Please do not pop nails off this damages the nail bed and makes the nail thin. Please soak nail extensions off... I prefer not to work over others' work. I care about the health of the nail. I also offer soak off's. Please book your soak off 1 hour before your appointment. You can not schedule before opening hours. Nail repairs are free within 48 hours of the service, after then nail repair pricing will start at $8 per nail. IF YOU NEED 3 OR MORE NAILS REPAIRED, PLEASE BOOK FOR A NEW SET!! Booking policy Deposit There is a $20 deposit to book your appointment. This is to ensure your time slot. This amount is "NON REFUNDABLE", it will go toward your service. This amount has to be paid at the time of booking via cash app, Zelle, and cash! Please be on time for appointments. This is a passion of mine, and I do not RUSH!!!! There is a 10 min grace period. Please communicate with me, there will be a $10 late charge after 10 mins and after 15 minutes your appointment is subjected to be canceled, and you will have to reschedule for available dates I have available. !!!AGAIN!!!The deposit is non-refundable. You can reschedule 1 time from a canceled appointment. After that, you will have to rebook and pay another deposit. Please book ahead of time.. There is a same day appt fee of $25 that does not go toward the service. Canceling appointments: Please do so 24 hours in advance, if you not you are subrject for your card of file to be charged 30% of the service.. NO CALL NO SHOWS: You will not be able to book with the nail clinic again! The deposit is non-refundable. payment methods: I accept Cash app and Zelle & Cash.
